Swim course The swim is a double-loop clockwise course that begins and ends at the floating dock on False River. A designated swim warm-up area will be managed by safety personnel; the entire course is not open for warm up. Athletes enter and exit the water at the floating dock and are staged on the grass area behind the ramp. The swim uses a self-seeded time trial start with individual entries spaced by seconds. Safety personnel, kayaks and paddle boards will be on the water; athletes may hold them to rest but may not use them to advance.
Bike and run The bike is an out-and-back route around False River on roads that remain open to traffic; major intersections will have police and volunteers and turns will be marked. SAG vehicles will provide support for minor mechanical issues. Run course details are pending; organizers plan 4 to 5 aid stations supplying water, Powerade and a variety of gels.
