Rogue River : Spokane, WA
ROGUE//RIVER is an organized trail event by Phase One Missions held in Spokane, Washington and rescheduled to 18 September 2027 after postponement due to wildfires. The event offers multiple course options:
- 30 mile loop around Riverside State Park
- 9 mile out-and-back run
- 9 mile out-and-back ruck
The main course follows the Spokane River, includes extended ridge climbs, and passes varied surfaces such as rocks, roots, gravel, asphalt, hard-packed dirt, and soft-packed dirt. Participants will self-navigate using a GPX track provided for use with Gaia GPS.
Five semi-stocked aid stations are located along the route (Seven Mile Trailhead at 4.3 miles, Carlson Trailhead at 9.8 miles, Pine Bluff at 15.65 miles, Marchand Trailhead at 19 miles, and Military Cemetery Trailhead at 24 miles). Aid stations provide Tailwind Endurance Fuel, NeverSecond 30 g carbohydrate gels, 1st Phorm protein bars and energy drinks, plus water and additional snacks. All aid stations are vehicle accessible and crews are encouraged; drop bags are allowed at Pine Bluff.
Required items include a Discover Pass for vehicle access to state park trailheads and a charged phone battery for navigation. Packet pick-up and a pre-race briefing occur at the race location on the event date. There are no refunds at this time. Participants receive a Phase One Training Tee and a completion patch.
