The main course is a 30 mile loop around Riverside State Park. Participants will self navigate using a GPX track provided for use with Gaia GPS. The route follows the Spokane River for parts of the course and includes extended climbs and ridge running.

Aid station supplies include Tailwind Endurance Fuel, NeverSecond C30 gels, 1st Phorm protein bars and drinks, water, and snacks. Drop bags are allowed at Pine Bluff. Crews may access aid stations by vehicle; a discover pass is required for vehicle access to state park trailheads.

Packet pickup is scheduled the day before at Fleet Feet in Kendall Yards and at the race location on race day. No refunds are offered at this time. Volunteer discounts are available for extended volunteer hours. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
