Event overview
The Columbia Gorge Running Club will hold the 16th annual 10-Miler on May 16, 2026, in Stevenson, Washington. The event is a point-to-point road race between the towns of Stevenson and Carson. The course goes up and over the ridge between the two towns and includes climbs in both directions. Backwoods Brewing in Carson has named an oatmeal stout after the event.
Course and logistics
The 2026 race starts at the Fairgrounds in Stevenson and finishes at Backwoods in Carson. There is no race-provided shuttle to the start or finish, so participants must arrange their own transportation. Organizers recommend parking at the Backwoods Cabins in Carson and carpooling to the start; there is a large parking area just past the pub across Wind River Highway that will have a parking sign.
Registration and fees
Base registration is $30. The fee increases to $35 after May 12, 2026. Members of the Columbia Gorge Running Club receive a $10 discount on registration.
