Ridge Run 10 Miler
The Columbia Gorge Running Club presents the 16th annual Ridge Run 10 Miler on May 16, 2026. The event is a point-to-point running race of 10 Miles that traverses the ridge between the towns of Carson and Stevenson, Washington. The course climbs over the ridge and features a stout climb in both directions; Backwoods Brewing in Carson named an oatmeal stout after the event.
The 2026 route starts at the Fairgrounds in Stevenson and finishes at Backwoods in Carson. There is no event shuttle to the start or the finish, so participants must arrange their own transportation or rides. Parking is available at the Backwoods Cabins in Carson; a large parking area past the pub across Wind River Highway will display a parking sign and can serve as a meeting or carpool location.
Registration opens December 29, 2025 and closes May 12, 2026. The base registration fee is $30 and increases to $35 after May 12. Columbia Gorge Running Club members receive a $10 discount on registration. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
