Ridge Run 10 Miler : Stevenson to Carson, WA
The Ridge Run is the Columbia Gorge Running Club's 16th annual 10-Miler. The point-to-point course crosses the ridge between Stevenson and Carson, Washington, and includes significant climbing in both directions. Backwoods Brewing in Carson has named an oatmeal stout after the race.
The 2026 edition starts at the Fairgrounds in Stevenson and finishes at Backwoods in Carson. There is no shuttle to the start or finish; runners and walkers must arrange their own parking or return transport. The organizer recommends meeting at the Backwoods Cabins in Carson, where a large parking area just past the pub on Wind River Highway will display parking signage, for carpooling to the start.
Entry fee for the 10-mile event is $30 and increases to $35 after May 12. Columbia Gorge Running Club members receive a $10 discount on registration.
