Facilities and rules
All finishers receive a medal. Finish-line provisions include water, juices, fruit and a chocolate bar. Chip timing technology is used and results are posted as runners cross the finish line. A free baggage drop will be available in a cordoned area; participants are advised not to store valuables. Toilets are provided at the start and finish area. An official race photographer will cover the course and a medical team will be based at the start area. A pre-race warm up will take place about ten minutes before the start. Headphones are permitted only if they are bone conducting, in line with UKA Rule 240 S 5. The event encourages support for Kingston Hospital Charity in connection with the NHS 70th anniversary.
