Remembrance Run Tyler
On May 1, 2027 the 7th Annual Remembrance Run benefits The Children's Park of Tyler. The event provides a way for the community to honor people who have died while raising funds to support the park's bereavement services. Proceeds help The Children's Park continue to offer free bereavement care for families mourning the death of a child.
The event includes multiple participation options:
- 5K run
- 1 mile walk or run
- Kids Dash
Participants are invited to bring a photo of a loved one to place in a lanyard. Legacy memorial signs can be ordered and will be displayed along the route in remembrance. The event is described as a community occasion for remembrance and support, offering ways for people of different ages to participate together.
