Remember & Honor - Memorial Day 5k
The Remember & Honor Memorial Day 5k is a walk and fun run held at Grande Lakes resort in Orlando, Florida. The course follows the back nine of an 18-hole championship golf course inspired by designer Greg Norman. The event is open to resort guests and the general public, and all ages are welcome.
Participants receive an exclusive T-shirt and a medal and a special goodie bag. Post-race amenities include champagne or mimosas, an assortment of healthy snack options, and recovery services such as stretching and massages provided by therapists using Theragun. There is also a raffle with prizes that may include a complimentary massage, a facial, a manicure or pedicure, and gift bags from Spa partners.
Logistics note: packet pick-up takes place on race day morning prior to the run. Parking is complimentary with valet options available at The Ritz Carlton and JW Marriott. Event check-in is located on the Valencia Courtyard adjacent to the Spa.
