Remember & Honor - Memorial Day 5k and Master Yoga Class - Restorative Yoga is a walk or fun run family event on Saturday, May 23, 2026. The event includes a restorative yoga class as indicated in the event title. It is open to resort guests and the general public. All ages are welcome.
Location and course
The event takes place at Grande Lakes Orlando, 4012 Central Florida Parkway, Orlando, FL 32837. The 5k uses the back nine of an 18-hole championship golf course on the resort property, which was designed with inspiration from a noted golf course designer.
On-site services and amenities
After the run there will be beverage options including champagne or mimosas and an assortment of healthy snacks. Therapists will offer stretching and massage services featuring Theragun. Participants receive a T-shirt, a medal, and a goodie bag. A raffle will offer prizes such as a complimentary massage, a facial, a manicure or pedicure, and spa partner gift bags. Event check-in and packet pick-up occur on race day morning at the Valencia Courtyard adjacent to the spa. Parking is complimentary via valet at The Ritz-Carlton or JW Marriott on the resort.
