About the race
The Regent's Park 5k and 10k take place in Regent’s Park, North-West London. The routes follow the park’s flat tarmac paths and loop around the park; the 10k consists of two laps and the 5k of one lap. The 10k route shows an elevation gain of 53 m. Entry includes a unique themed medal, free race photos, chip-timed results, post-race goodies and a bag drop.
An event village offers food and drink and clear guidance from on-course staff. An optional event t-shirt is available in sizes XS to XXL. Minimum ages apply: the 5k is open to runners aged 11 years and above, and the 10k to those aged 15 years and above. The event welcomes buggy runners and wheelchair athletes, who are asked to be mindful of other participants when overtaking.
Dogs are not permitted to run; spectators may bring dogs into the event village on a lead. The venue is accessible by several Tube stations near Regent’s Park and by bike; cycle parking is available in the park. There is no dedicated event parking but car parks are available nearby. A course cut-off is in place and participants who expect to take longer are advised to contact the organiser before the event. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
