Regeneration Foundation 5K Charity Ruck
The Regeneration Foundation and Ethos Human Performance, in partnership with the Plymouth Township Veterans Commission, present a community 5K Walk/Ruck in downtown Plymouth at Ethos Human Performance, 44191 Plymouth Oaks Blvd Suite 600, Plymouth, MI 48170. The event honors armed forces and first responders and includes a pause at the Veterans memorial halfway along the route, followed by breakfast, celebration, and fellowship back at the venue.
The activity follows the format of a ruck march; participants may carry a backpack or weighted ruck or simply walk the course. The route measures approximately 5K or 3.1 miles and is designated as a walking only event. The event description notes check-in, opening remarks, the walk, and post-ruck refreshments and fellowship as part of the schedule.
Collected canned goods used to add weight to packs will be donated to a local food bank. Participants who include canned goods in their pack will be entered to win a special prize. Registration is open to veterans, families, athletes, and supporters. Registration opens March 16, 2026 and closes May 15, 2026. The registration fee is $20.
