Regeneration Foundation 5K Charity Ruck
The Regeneration Foundation and Ethos Human Performance, in partnership with the Plymouth Township Veterans Commission, present a 5K Walk/Ruck in Plymouth, Michigan on May 16, 2026. The route begins and ends at Ethos Human Performance, proceeds to downtown Plymouth, pauses at the Veterans memorial about halfway, and returns to Ethos for breakfast, celebration, and fellowship.
Inspired by military ruck marches, the event asks participants to walk a 5K route carrying a backpack or weighted ruck as a way to honor veterans, armed forces, and first responders. Participants may choose to carry weight or simply walk in support. The event explicitly welcomes veterans, families, athletes, and supporters.
Logistical details include a registration fee of $20.00 and registration open and close dates of March 16, 2026 and May 15, 2026. The course distance is 3.1 Miles. As an additional option, filling a pack with canned goods will add weight, the collected cans will be donated to a local food bank, and those who donate in this way will be entered to win a surprise.
