Regeneration Foundation 5k Charity Ruck
The Regeneration Foundation and Ethos Human Performance, in partnership with the Plymouth Township Veterans Commission, organize a community 5k ruck walk in Plymouth, Michigan on May 16, 2026. The course begins at the Plymouth Township VFW, proceeds to the Wayne County First Responders Memorial on Hines Drive, and returns to the VFW for post-ruck refreshments and fellowship.
Rucking involves walking while carrying weight in a backpack. Participants may choose to carry a weighted pack or simply walk without added weight. The event is intended to honor armed forces and first responders and to bring the community together in shared movement and appreciation. The event welcomes veterans, families, athletes, and supporters.

Registration opens March 16, 2026 and closes May 15, 2026. The registration fee is $20.00. As an optional activity, participants can fill their packs with canned goods; collected cans will be donated to a local food bank and those who contribute will be entered to win a special surprise.
