Course and logistics
The course runs through Redwood Regional Park using East Ridge, West Ridge, Stream, and Bridle trails. Distances were measured with a Rolatape surveyor's measuring wheel. The course is marked with ribbon about every 200 yards and color coded by distance; polka-dot flagging indicates required turns. Aid stations are fully stocked every 5-6 miles with fresh fruit, salty snacks, candy, water, and Skratch electrolyte drink. The event is cupless; participants should bring their own fluid container. Headphones are allowed only on dirt road sections. No dogs are allowed on the course. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
