Redcar Running Festival
The Redcar Running Festival takes place on 27 Sep 2026 at Zetland Park, The Crescent, Redcar TS10 3AX. The event is organised by New Marske Harriers AC and a race licence has been applied for. Races are held on tarmac roads closed to vehicles and are chip timed with results available via the event partner Arrow Live Results.
Distances offered include:
- Half Marathon (AUKCM certified)
- 10 km (AUKCM certified)
- 3 km Young Athletes and 3 km Fun Run
The half marathon is an England Masters qualification event and entrants who wish to use that qualification must also register with ROSTER. Course measurement certification by AUKCM is noted for the three main distances. Route maps are provided for each race.
Every finisher in the Half Marathon and the 10 km receives a T shirt and a medal. Every finisher in the 3 km events receives a medal only. Race numbers must be collected on the day or during a limited collection period the day before; numbers will not be posted to entrants.
The 3 km Young Athletes race has a minimum age of four on the day and is open to boys and girls in the Under 13 or Under 15 age groups who are registered with England Athletics. Other entrants in the 3 km events are treated as fun run participants and parents may run with children in the fun run without registering separately.
