Red, White & Blue 5K - North Myrtle Beach
The event takes place on July 3, 2026 at Barefoot Landing in North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. It includes a community 5K run/walk, a 1 mile walk, and a free kids dash of 50 yards.

Registration is available online. The 5K and 1 mile walk have registration fees; the kids dash is free but requires online registration and a liability waiver. The 5K and 1 mile walk include participant shirts while supplies last and participant medals; the kids dash includes a finisher gift and an option to purchase a limited t-shirt.
Course rules specify no water stop on course. Animals are not permitted on the race course and will result in disqualification; service animals recognized by the Americans with Disabilities Act are permitted if staff are informed at packet pickup and the team starts at the back for safety. Baby joggers, strollers, skateboards, roller blades, unauthorized bicycles and other wheeled devices are not permitted; wheelchairs and other mobility aids recognized by the Americans with Disabilities Act are permitted when staff are informed and participants start at the back.
