Red, White & Blue 5K - North Myrtle Beach
The event takes place on July 3, 2026 at Barefoot Landing in North Myrtle Beach and is presented by United Bank. It combines a community 5K run with a separate 1 mile walk and a free short kids dash held near the finish area.

Registration is available only online. Registration opens December 16, 2025; the free kids dash requires registration and the event’s registration closes on July 3, 2026. Published entry fees include $30 for the 5K and $25 for the 1 mile walk; the kids dash is free. Participant shirts and medals are listed for the 5K and 1 mile while supplies last. All participants receive a race bib; the kids dash includes a finisher gift and an option to purchase a limited t-shirt.
Course rules note that animals are not permitted on the race course and will result in disqualification. Baby joggers, strollers, skateboards, roller blades, unauthorized bicycles and other wheeled devices are not permitted and will result in disqualification. There is no water stop on the course. Packet pickup is scheduled the day before and the morning of the event at designated locations in the area. Awards are provided for the 5K overall and age groups; no awards are listed for the 1 mile walk or kids dash. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
