The Red Squirrel 10K trail race takes place on 19 April 2026 at Ainsdale Sand Dunes / Ainsdale National Nature Reserve. Course and environment
The route runs through the nature reserve and uses trail and dune terrain. The course includes wooded paths and dunes and finishes with an ascent of the highest dune peak near the end.
