5K Beer Run at Reclaimed Rails
This event is an untimed, community fun run presented by the Iowa Brewery Running Series at Reclaimed Rails Brewing Company in Bondurant, Iowa on September 20, 2026. Participants follow a mapped 5K-ish course that starts and ends at the taproom and passes near Lake Petocka. The course is an open course on public roads, so participants must obey traffic laws and be aware of surroundings.
Registration includes one craft beverage from Reclaimed Rails, a collector's pint glass or a series swag item, and access to onsite activities such as live music, food trucks, and games when available. A valid ID is required; participants do not need to be 21 to take part in the run, but only those 21 and older may receive alcoholic beverages. Underage participants receive a token for a nonalcoholic drink.
The event is scheduled to run rain or shine. A portion of proceeds from the event will support a local nonprofit. Registration is limited to the capacity of the taproom. Refunds are available up to seven days before the event. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
