Rebellion 10km
The Rebellion 10 km is a trail race held at Riverwoods by Marlow Rugby Club in partnership with Rebellion Brewery and forming part of the Ales & Trails series. The event page notes that the race was full and that no further entries or transfers were available.
The course gives direct access to the River Thames and follows local trails, woodland and the Thames towpath. The route is predominantly off road, approximately 75% off road, with an elevation gain of 79 m. Organisers describe the course as undulating; because of the terrain it is not suitable for buggies or dogs and it is not a Canicross event.
Practical details include two water refill stations on course and a two hour cut off time, which allows for walking pace. Minimum age is 16. Finish provisions reflect the brewery partnership: every finisher receives a medal, a Rebellion 10 km pint cup and a bottle of beer or a regular soft drink to fill it. Timing and event services include chip timing, downloadable race photos, prizes, toilets, free parking and a bag drop. The event is designated a cupless race on course.
