Rebecca Mountain 50 Mile is an annual trail event in Sylacauga, Alabama offering point-to-point races on the Pinhoti Trail. Distances listed for the event include:

The 50 Miler runs from Hwy 77 (Porter’s Gap) to Sylaward Trail (Lake Howard) and includes about 31 miles of single-track on the Pinhoti Trail, forest service roads, and roughly 12 miles on Sylaward Trails. The course crosses the Horn Mountain and Rebecca Mountain ridge with multiple overlooks. The 50 Miler shows approximately 5,171 feet of elevation gain and has a 16-hour time limit. The 50K follows the same route for about 19 miles before continuing on forest service roads and finishing on Sylaward Trails, with a 10-hour time limit.
Aid stations for the 50 Miler are located at Pinnacle (7 mi), Powerline (13 mi), Bulls Gap (19 mi), Rebecca Tower (25.5 mi, drop bag), Trammel (31 mi), Bill’s Creek Loop (38 and 45.5 mi), and the finish (50 mi). The 50K has aid at Pinnacle, Powerline, Bulls Gap, Rocky Mountain Church (water only, 23 mi), Bill’s Creek Loop (27.9 mi), and the finish (31.4 mi).
Packet pickup occurs on the Friday before the race at Lake Howard and on race morning at the start trailhead. Bus transport from Lake Howard to the start is available for a fee and parking at the start is limited; parking attendants will be present. Restrooms are available at the start and finish. Camping is available at the finish with a small donation; bathrooms are provided but no showers. The event posts results online and awards top overall and age-category finishers; all finishers receive a medal. The organizer states the race has not been canceled for weather in past editions. Refunds, race-day registration, entry transfers, and deferrals are not permitted. Strollers, animals, bicycles, and unentered runners are not allowed on course; pets must be kept at least 50 feet from aid stations and start/finish areas.
