Hues for Humanity Medicine Hat 2026
Hues for Humanity Medicine Hat is a colourful run/walk taking place on May 23, 2026, at 330 Gehring Road Southeast, Medicine Hat, Alberta. The route starts at the Medicine Hat Tourism Centre and follows the Sierra Coulee walking trails for an approximately 5 km course suitable for walking or running.
The event includes a mass group colour toss at the start and a final group colour toss at the finish. Multiple colour stations along the route will have volunteers applying colour to participants. A DJ and an MC are scheduled to provide music and announcements. The program also includes prizes for best costume in individual, family and team categories, a category for four-legged friends, and various door prizes. Participants may vote for their favourite colour station.
Registrations come with a t-shirt, colour packets, and a swag bag for paid categories; child registrations do not include a race package. Publicly listed registration categories and fees include team members CA$50, solo CA$55, youth (ages 10-16) CA$40, and child (9 and under) free. Race bag pickup is available before the event and further details are provided to registrants.
The event is organized in support of Real Humanitarian. One hundred percent of event proceeds are directed to Real Humanitarian’s education, health, and empowerment initiatives, which support more than 1,000 children annually.
