About the race
Rapid Relays is a dynamic running event held at the scenic Culden Faw Estate in Fawley, near Henley on Thames, Oxfordshire. The race features a woodland trail course on estate tracks with gently undulating terrain, including a notable climb before 3 kilometers followed by a long downhill stretch back to the exchange arena. Participants can compete solo or in teams of two to four, with chip timing and live results available.
The event also includes the Sunrise Run with 5K and 10K options, plus a Downhill Mile time trial. The race village offers free parking close to the exchange, ample space for supporters, and a vibrant atmosphere. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
