Event Overview

The event includes the Rapid Relays (Solo, Pair, Team of 3, Team of 4), the Sunrise Run (5K and 10K distances), and the Henley Downhill Time Trial. All events take place on 3 May 2026 at the Culden Faw Estate in Fawley, Henley on Thames. Entry fees vary by event and affiliation status.

Course and Format

The Rapid Relays use a woodland trail route on estate tracks with a mix of gently undulating terrain. The course features one reasonable climb just before the 3K mark, followed by a long downhill run back into the exchange arena. The race is chip-timed, with live results available on a participant's phone. Split times are given for each lap, along with total time and mileage. The specific routes for the Sunrise Run and Downhill Time Trial are detailed on the event website.

Venue and Logistics

The venue is the Culden Faw Estate. Parking is free and located approximately 50 meters from the race village, where the relay exchange is based. The race village opens at 8:00 AM, and race packs can be picked up from 8:30 AM on the event morning. There is plenty of space for teams to set up a base by the route, and support teams are welcome. Camping is available from 1:00 PM on Saturday until 4:00 PM on Sunday. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
