24th Randall's Run/Walk for the Gym 5K
The event is scheduled for Saturday, September 5, 2026 in Springvale, Maine at Nasson Common / Nasson Community Center (457 Main St). It features a 5K race and walk plus a free fun run for children ages 9 and under held in the parking lot before the 5K.

The course is described as a fast out and back that begins at Nasson Common near the library, follows Main Street to Heidi Street for a turnaround, and returns to the Nasson Community Center. Timing is provided by Split-Time Race Management.
Entry fees are listed at $25 with a $5 increase on September 5. T-shirts are provided to the first 100 entrants. Discounted rates are noted for older runners (supported by the New England 65+ Runners Club) and for certain younger and older age ranges as listed in the event information. Sanford/Springvale resident awards are available via a sign-up option.
Awards include the top two male and female overall and five-year age-group awards up to age 90 with three deep placings. Course records are listed as Male 15:04 and Female 16:40.
