24th Randall's Run/Walk for the Gym 5K
This event is the 24th annual Randall's Run/Walk for the Gym, held in Springvale, Maine on September 5, 2026. The main event is a 5K race and walk. A free fun run for children ages 9 and under takes place in a parking lot near the main event.
The course is described as a fast out and back. The route begins at Nasson Common near the library, follows Main Street to Heidi Street, then returns to the Nasson Community Center. Timing is provided by Split-Time Race Management.
Registration details include a base fee of $25, with the fee increasing by $5 on September 5. Registration opens February 2, 2026 and closes September 4, 2026. T-shirts are provided to the first 100 entrants. Discounts are noted for older runners, supported by the New England 65+ Runners Club, and discounts are also listed for younger and older age ranges.
Awards are given to the top two male and top two female overall finishers. Age-group awards are offered in five-year increments up to age 90, with three places awarded per group.
