Event details
The RAK Tri 113 + 76 takes place in Ras Al Khaimah on 24 January 2026. Two race formats are offered and relay teams of two or three athletes are allowed. The organiser is Super Sports UAE. Registration closes on 23 January 2026 and cancellations are accepted up to 20 January 2026.
Course format
- RAK Tri 113: Swim 1.9 km, Bike 90 km, Run 21.1 km
- RAK Tri 76: Swim 1.9 km, Bike 60 km, Run 14.1 km
The swim starts from a beach in the Arabian Gulf in calm waters. The bike course uses traffic-free, palm tree-lined roads. The run takes place on a designated running track located a few metres from the water. The course is described as flat and fast, and the venue is described as about an hour’s drive from Dubai.

Entries include a certificate, medal, official race T-shirt, timing, refreshments and a post-race snack.
