Event Details
The Rainbow Run (Mayfield) takes place on Saturday, June 6, 2026, at Highland Heights Community Park in Cleveland, Ohio. This is a "colored powder run" with all proceeds benefiting University Hospitals Rainbow Babies and Children’s Hospital.
Events and Registration
The event includes three 5K events:
- 5K Run
- 5K Walk
- 5K Run - Rainbow Employee (for employees of the hospital)
Registration fees vary. Pre-registration is $30 for the 5K Run, $25 for the 5K Walk, and $25 for Rainbow employees. Race day registration costs $35 for the 5K Run and $30 for the 5K Walk. Patients of Rainbow hospital and children under five can participate for free.
Race Features
The 5K Run is chip-timed using the MyLaps BibTag system, while the 5K Walk is untimed. The course features color stations along the route.
Participants receive a custom race t-shirt. Post-race refreshments are provided. Awards are given to the top three overall male and female runners, as well as the top male and female finisher in each age group, ranging from 14 & under to 70 & over.
