Formula One : Engima Running
Formula One is a two-day event held on 17 and 18 July 2027 at the Premier Inn area in Caldecotte, Milton Keynes (MK7 8HP). Races are run on a lake circuit that requires multiple laps to complete the distances listed below. Route descriptions are provided at the event location.
The programme includes marathon and half marathon races on both days. The marathon course is 7½ laps of Caldecotte Lake and a 50k option is offered on 17 July. The half marathon is 3½ laps of the same lake course. There are hard time limits: marathons have a 7 hour limit and half marathons have a 4 hour limit; finishers over those limits are recorded as DNF.
Support at the event includes a starter, timekeeper, race referee, and water and toilet facilities on each lap of the lake course. A large pub car park is listed as available. All finishers receive a unique bespoke medal. The event is held in accordance with 100 Marathon Club rules. Participants are asked to wear suitable clothing and footwear.
Entry fees are listed as £39.99 per marathon and £36.99 per half marathon. The organiser does not issue refunds; entries may be deferred up to seven days before the event to another Enigma Running event not closed to entries, and deferred entries must be used within 18 months.
