Race entry includes full-day admission to Raging Waters Sydney. The water park opens early on race day for participants, providing access to slides and the wave pool. Participants receive a themed finisher's medal, post-race refreshments, sponsor giveaways, and a finisher's certificate. Professional chip timing is provided by Multisport Australia, and free race day photographs are taken.

The venue is located at 427 Reservoir Rd, Prospect NSW, approximately 40 minutes from central Sydney. Free on-site parking is included with registration. A spectator pass, which includes full-day park admission, is available for purchase. For the 2 km Family Dash, an accompanying adult can register to run with a child.
