- 5K Run - timed; adult 18+ and youth 5-17; running partners (2) available.
- 3K Walk - untimed; adult 18+ and youth 5-17; walking partners (2) available.
- Donation only - "I don't want to Race!" donation option.
All entries include a T-shirt. T-shirt size is guaranteed only during Early Bird sign up; after that shirts are distributed at packet pick-up on a first-come, first-served basis while supplies last.
Logistics and additional information
The 5K course is described as flat and runs through neighborhoods on Cat Island. Marshals will direct participants to registration and parking near the tennis courts. The event site is about 2.8 miles from the turn off of Lady’s Island Drive.

The event is rain or shine; if severe weather forces cancellation, registration fees will be converted to a tax-deductible donation to Hopeful Horizons.
