About the race
Race for Life at Hudson's Field in Salisbury takes place on Sunday 4 July 2027 and is organised by Cancer Research UK. The event offers routes over mixed surfaces and is used to raise funds for cancer research.

The start and finish are on grass and the course is a single lap. The route uses cross-country type tracks and a mix of surfaces including tarmac, hardstanding, grass, gravel and woodland. The course has undulating hills with inclines and declines and a maximum ascent of 147 m. In wet weather grass and woodland sections may become soft, muddy or slippery.
Facilities at the venue include refreshments, toilets, parking on grass, and a bag drop. Showers are not available. There are no electric vehicle charging points and no bike racks. Blue badge parking and drop-off access are provided in the event car park, which is accessed via Castle Road. Stratford Road will be closed for the duration of the event. The nearest train station is Salisbury, about a 30 minute walk from the venue. The event is not wheelchair accessible and is not suitable for pushchairs.
Entry details and support: 10k entry is for people aged 16 and over. Child entry is for ages 6 to 15 and must be registered by a parent or guardian; children under 6 may attend free but are not registered participants. Ticket prices listed are £20.49 for adults and £14.00 for children. A minimum fundraising target of £50.00 applies.
