Race for Life Salisbury 10k
The event is a Race for Life 10k held at Hudson's Field, Castle Road, Salisbury. The start and finish are on grass. The course is mostly on cross country type tracks and includes tarmac roads, country lanes and grass, with undulating hills and sections that pass through fields and woodland. One turning is steep and follows a stony track, so the route is not accessible for wheelchair or pushchair users.
Entry information lists an age restriction of 16 and over and shows prices of £17.49 and £11.00 for children. A minimum fundraising target of £50.00 is noted. The event is chip timed.
Facilities on site include refreshments, toilets, bag drop and parking on the event field. Free event parking is provided on grass within Hudson's Field with designated blue badge spaces. There are no electric vehicle charging points and no cycle racks. Stratford Road will be closed for the duration of the event and the nearest train station is about a 30 minute walk from the venue.
