Lincoln Pretty Muddy 5k : Lincolnshire Showground, 17 July 2027
The event is a Pretty Muddy 5k obstacle course held at Lincolnshire Showground. The route consists of two laps within the showground and includes obstacles that require participants to climb, crawl and slide. The start and finish are on the same grassy area inside the showground.
The course is fairly flat with mainly grass and some paths. In wet weather the grass and on-site car park may become soft and muddy. Marshals are positioned on the course to assist participants and some obstacles can be skipped if needed. Wave starts are staggered every 15 minutes to manage numbers on the course.
Age and ticketing details: the event is for people aged 13 and over. Child entry is available for ages 6 to 15 and must be registered by a parent or guardian, or an adult with parental consent. Children under 6 can attend free with a registered adult but are not registered participants. The published prices are Adults £25.49 and Children £15.00, with a minimum fundraising target of £50.00.
On-site facilities include toilets, refreshments and parking. Blue Badge parking is available and stewards will direct vehicles. There are no bus or train links nearby, no bike racks and no electric vehicle charging. Wheelchair access is possible but may require assistance due to long sections of grass.
