Race for Life Pretty Muddy Lincoln Pretty Muddy 5k
Race for Life Pretty Muddy Lincoln is a 5k obstacle course event held at Lincolnshire Showground on Saturday 11 July 2026. The course start and finish are on grass and the route sits within a fairly flat showground. Terrain is mainly grass with some paths and the on-site car park is also on grass which may become soft in wet weather.
Participants climb, crawl and slide through a series of muddy obstacles. Event waves start every 15 minutes to manage safety on course, and marshals are available to assist or direct participants who need to skip an obstacle. The minimum participant age for the Pretty Muddy 5k is 13 years. Pretty Muddy Kids events are available separately for younger children.
Facilities listed for the event include refreshments, toilets and on-site parking. The event is not suitable for wheelchair users and is not suitable for pushchairs. Dogs, bag drop and showers are not available. There are no electric charging points, no nearby bus routes or train stations, and no cycle racks. Blue Badge parking is directed by stewards to the nearest available space.
Participants receive several items and support including a fundraising pack, a customisable back sign, training resources, community access and a Race for Life medal.
