The event takes place on Sunday 21 June 2026 at Old Deer Park, Richmond (Off Twickenham Road, TW9 2SF). It offers looped courses on grass with the start and finish on grass. The area is flat and the course is described as completely wheelchair accessible.

Entry is for ages 16 and over. Listed entry fees show an adult price of £15.99 and a children’s price of £11.00. Participants have a minimum fundraising target of £50.00.
The meeting point is in Old Deer Park by the tennis courts behind Pools on the Park Leisure Centre. Event parking is available in the Old Deer car park on Twickenham Road (pay and display); there is a drop-off area at Pools in the Park car park and Blue Badge parking in the Old Deer Park car park. Public transport options include bus 490 and Richmond Station, a short walk away. Bike racks are provided.
Facilities on site include refreshments, toilets, bag drop, suitability for pushchairs, and support for wheelchair users with assistance. Sunflower wristbands are available at the enquiries marquee and Event Managers are trained Dementia Friends. A QR code on the main site will provide British Sign Language stage content for those who use BSL.
