Race for Life Cardiff : Coopers Field, Bute Park
Cardiff 10k is an organised running event at Coopers Field in Bute Park, Cardiff, hosted by Cancer Research UK. The event offers multiple route options and is intended to support fundraising for cancer research. A minimum fundraising target of £50 applies.
The course starts and finishes on grass and follows a mixture of tarmac paths and grassy fields. In wet weather the course can become boggy. The 10k route is two laps of the 5k route. The course includes two bridge crossings with a small incline; an alternative route can bypass the bridges but may shorten the course.
