Barnstaple Race for Life
Race for Life Barnstaple takes place at Rock Park, Taw Vale, Barnstaple, EX32 9AH. The event offers chip timed running over two distances.

The start and finish are on grass within Rock Park at the end of Ladies Mile. The course is a single lap that uses a mixture of paved pathways, tarmac, hardstanding, paving, grass, and woodland. There is an underpass below Long Bridge where the route narrows briefly and may become congested; marshals are stationed nearby. The start and finish areas are flat and firm underfoot but may become soft or muddy in wet weather. The route includes an incline and decline at the Long Bridge underpass.
Facilities listed for the event include refreshments, toilets, allowance for dogs, suitability for pushchairs, and wheelchair access with assistance. Bag drop, showers, parking on site, cycling racks, and electric vehicle charging points are not available.
