Race for Life Barnstaple : Rock Park

This Race for Life event takes place at Rock Park, Taw Vale, Barnstaple EX32 9AH. The start and finish are on grass within Rock Park at the end of Ladies Mile. The course runs on a mixture of paved pathways and grass and is chip timed.

Participants must be aged 16 and over. Entry fees listed on the event page are £17.49 and £11.00. A minimum fundraising target of £50.00 applies. A May sale offers 30 percent off entry with code FLASH30 until 24 May 2026.

The route has a total ascent of 10 m and the majority of the surface is hardstanding. The organiser recommends the route is wheelchair accessible with assistance. Sunflower wristbands are available at the enquiries marquee and event managers are trained Dementia Friends.

Travel notes: the venue is a short 10 minute walk from the town centre and nearby bus stations, and about a 15 minute walk from Barnstaple train station. There are no electric charging points or bike racks at the event. Parking is not available at the venue; town centre car parks are suggested and there is a drop off point at the Ladies Mile mini roundabout.
