Race for Life Aberdeen is organised by Cancer Research UK at Seaton Football Pitches, Aulton Outdoor Pitches, Aberdeen, on Sunday 28 June 2026. The event is open to people aged 16 and over. Distances available include:
- 10k
- 5k
- 3k
The start and finish are on grass. The 10k is a double lap of the 5k course. The majority of the route is on road and is predominantly flat, but the first 1 to 1.5 km is on grass with uneven terrain. A course map is available and may be subject to change. The meeting point is the grass field beside the Raymond Kelly Pavilion.
The 10k is chip-timed. Entry prices listed are £17.49 for those aged 16 and over and £11.00 for children. The stated minimum fundraising target is £50.00.
The event site has refreshments, toilets, facilities for pushchairs, and is described as accessible for wheelchair users for the majority of the course; assistance is required on the grass areas and on the slight incline and decline at the start and finish. In wet weather assistance may also be needed. Sunflower wristbands are available at the enquiries marquee and a QR code will provide British Sign Language stage content.
General event parking is provided at Pittodrie Stadium, a short walk from the site. Limited blue badge parking is available at the Raymond Kelly Pavilion car park. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
