Race Around Deerskin
Race Around Deerskin is a 3.8 mile run/walk fundraiser held in Eagle River, Wisconsin. The event begins at the East Boat Landing at 3435 Boat Landing Rd and includes a boat ride across the lake to the West Boat Landing. Participants must be able to walk up and down the ramps from "The Island Barge".
From the West Boat Landing the route follows roads around the lake, passing Shangri La, Rangeline, Deerskin, and Deerskin Park, and finishes back at the Boat Landing. Entry fees benefit the DLA general fund. Race shirts are provided to participants.
Registration opens on July 7, 2026 and closes on July 25, 2026. The registration fee is $35.00. The event is organized as a single 3.8 mile distance for runners and walkers. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
