About the race
Rabbit Run Wales is a series of stunning trail races staged on the private Merthyr Mawr Estate on the South Wales coast, inside the Merthyr Mawr Warren National Nature Reserve, a wildlife haven. The event offers a 12K route through diverse trails, with hills, valleys, a river crossing and an exhilarating descent of the Big Dipper, the highest sand dune in Wales. A 40K option adds a scenic coastal detour around the Glamorgan Heritage Coast, delivering dramatic cliffs, secluded coves and sweeping views.
