The Rabbit Run Wales is a 7.5-mile trail race set in the stunning Merthyr Mawr Estate in South Wales. The race offers participants the chance to run through hills, valleys, a river crossing, and even experience a tumble down the Big Dipper, the highest sand dune in Wales. Accompanying junior and fun runs are available, as well as the Beer Mile Championships. The event is organized by the Merthyr Mawr Estate, Bridgend Athletics, and Run 4 Wales.
