Rabbit Run Wales : event overview
Rabbit Run Wales is a series of trail races held on the private grounds of the Merthyr Mawr Estate on the South Wales coast. The estate sits alongside the Merthyr Mawr Warren National Nature Reserve. Distances and course features
- 12K : multi-terrain trail with hills, valleys, a river crossing and a route that passes the Big Dipper sand dune.
- 40K : longer trail that includes the features of the 12K plus an extended tour of the Glamorgan Heritage Coast.
- Family races : a selection of shorter events listed as the Bunny, Double Bunny and Toddler Dash.
