Queensborough Tigers 5K Run/Walk
The event is a community 5K run and walk held at Queensborough Community College, 222-05 56th Avenue, Bayside, NY 11364. Parking is available in the main lot off 56th Avenue.
Amenities listed for registrants include T shirts, live online, text and email results, free finish line photos, and personalized bibs for those who register at least three weeks in advance. Results and finish line media are provided on the same day, including video and finish line pictures.
Awards are given to the top overall male and female with trophies, and medals are awarded to the top male and female in the following age groups: 18 and under, 19 to 29, 30 to 39, 40 to 49, 50 to 59, and 60 and over. The event benefits QCC Athletics.
For bib pickup, registrants must know their bib number to collect their race number; a self lookup area is available for those who do not know their number. If registration occurs within 24 hours of bib pickup, the event will text the bib number within 90 seconds or provide a bib lookup option online.
