Québec Mega Trail
Québec Mega Trail is a trail running event held in the province of Québec, Canada. The competition features wild and scenic courses that stretch from the banks of the Saint Lawrence River in the Charlevoix region to Mont-Sainte-Anne. The event is a member of the World Trail Majors series.

The signature race, the QMT 135, passes through the primary trails of Charlevoix and the Côte de Beaupré. The event infrastructure includes aid stations with specific menus, live result tracking, and an elite runner program.
