Québec Mega Trail is a premier ultra-trail race in Canada, staged in Quebec's Charlevoix region and along the Côte-de-Beaupré, culminating at Mont-Sainte-Anne. The queen event, QMT-135, is framed as the pinnacle of Canadian ultra-trail running and traverses wild, spectacular trails beside the Saint-Lawrence River.
