Quack Attack on Poverty 5K
Quack Attack on Poverty is presented as a community walk and 5K event in Orlando that invites individuals and families of all ages to walk in solidarity with people facing poverty. The event raises funds to provide Thanksgiving meals for local families in Central Florida and frames each step as support for dignity and opportunity.
The event location is Harbor Park at Lake Baldwin, 4990 New Broad Street, Orlando, FL 32814. A kickoff and packet pick-up celebration is scheduled for Friday, November 6 at 150 W. Michigan Street, Orlando; this session is described as an opportunity to collect race packets and learn about peer-to-peer fundraising. The main walk is scheduled for Saturday, November 14, 2026.
Entry fees are tiered by category and date. Categories and sample pricing include:
- Adult individual or small team (9 runners or fewer, 18+): $30 early bird through October 5; $35 October 6 through November 13; $40 race day.
- Adult large team member (teams of 10 or more): $25 early bird through October 5; $30 October 6 through November 13; $35 race day. Teams that do not reach ten people by race day may be charged an additional fee per registrant before packet pick-up.
- Junior (ages 3–17): $15 early bird through October 5; $20 October 6 through November 13; $25 race day.
