Pumpkinman Triathlon Festival : Spring Hill, South Berwick, ME
Pumpkinman is a multi-day triathlon and running festival held at Spring Hill, 117 Pond Road, South Berwick, Maine. The weekend features sprint and Olympic multisport races, relay and aquabike options, plus a set of running events the following day. The swim takes place in Knights Pond, the bike courses use scenic back roads and sections of the Eastern Trail (paved), and the run finishes along the Eastern Trail.

- Sprint Triathlon: 0.3 mile swim, 15 mile bike, 3 mile run.
- Olympic Triathlon: 0.9 mile swim, 25 mile bike, 6 mile run.
- Running events: 1 mile fun run, 3.14 mile American Pumpkin Pi, 8.675309 mile Pumpkin Jenni, 13.1 mile half marathon, 30 km.
Event size and safety measures are stated: typical combined fields approach 650 athletes with up to 45 relay teams, small swim start waves of roughly 100 swimmers, American Red Cross lifeguards, kayaker support, and USAT officials.
