Event Overview
The Pumpkinman Triathlon Festival is a multi-day sports event held in South Berwick, Maine. Taking place at Spring Hill, the festival features triathlon competitions on Saturday and a variety of running events on Sunday. The event celebrates its 20th anniversary in 2026 and utilizes the scenic back roads of Maine and portions of the paved Eastern Trail.
Saturday Triathlon Events
The triathlon portions include swim segments in Knights Pond, bike courses on local roads, and run segments finishing at Spring Hill. A unique feature of the course is a 250-meter hill climb from the water exit to the bike transition, a replica of the local Powderhouse Hill.

- Olympic Triathlon and Relay: .9-mile swim, 25-mile bike, and 10k run.

Sunday Running Events
The second day focuses on running distances catering to different preferences, with aid stations providing water, electrolytes, and gels every two miles.

Athlete Amenities
