Pumpkin Spice Run - Seattle
The Pumpkin Spice Run takes place at Seward Park in Seattle on Sunday October 11, 2026. The event offers multiple distances on paved park paths along the shores of Lake Washington, with routes that pass through forested sections of the park and sections along the lake.
Distances offered include:
- 10K two loops of the park course
- 5K one loop of the park course
- 1 Mile Pumpkin Speed Dash
- Kid's Dash for young children
- Stroller Dash 0.25 miles
The event includes a festive pumpkin element: a pumpkin patch where participants can pick a pumpkin to run with, a pumpkin decorating station, and a fall festival in 2026 with games and face painting. Swag for participants includes a pumpkin medal and a finish-line gourmet latte; shirts are included with 10K, 5K, and 1 Mile entries, with optional shirts for the Kid's Dash and Stroller Dash. The race is cupless; participants are encouraged to use a handheld bottle, hydration pack, or a small reusable cup.
