About the race
Pulse Triathlon Club presents the annual Pulse Port Beach Sprint Triathlon at Port Beach, Co. Louth, Ireland. The event is scheduled for 26 September 2026 and features separate adult and junior races with youth series distances noted.
The standard sprint format comprises the following legs:
- 750 m sea swim
- 20 km bike on closed roads
- 5 km run
