Event Details
The Pulse 5K is scheduled for Saturday, August 22, 2026. It will be held at Eastern Hills Wesleyan Church in Williamsville, New York.
Registration
Registration for the 5K run and a new 3K fun walk costs $30. Participants can register online up until the race begins. Registration and packet pickup on the day of the event starts at 9:00 AM at the church. Participants who register by August 12 at 9:00 AM are guaranteed a race shirt in their requested size. A limited number of extra shirts will be available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Course
The certified 5K course starts and finishes in the church parking lot. There will be one water station near the midpoint of the route. Post-race refreshments will be provided.
Awards
Awards will be given to the overall male and female champions, and to the top three male and female finishers in the following age groups: 14 and under, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, and 70+.
Other Information
The event is timed using RFID technology, and results will be updated in real time. In the case of cancellation due to weather or other reasons, the event may be rescheduled or converted to a virtual race; no refunds will be issued. Registered participants will receive a gift certificate for a free fitness class. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
