Event details

The Psycho Wyco Run Toto Run takes place at Shelter #2, Wyandotte County Lake Park in Kansas City, KS. The event offers the following distances:

10 Miles (one loop)
20 Miles (two loops)
50 Kilometers (three loops)

The event is limited to 190 participants.

Course

The course is a loop measured at approximately 10.35 miles per loop. It runs on rocky, root-bound single-track and bridle trails and includes about 1,300 feet of elevation gain per loop. Three of the largest hills occur in the final two miles of each loop. Trail surface can vary by season and may be muddy, frozen, or firm.

Logistics and services

Packet pick up is available at the race location beginning one hour before each race. Parking is at the race location. Drop bags are permitted for the 20 Mile and 50K distances and are staged at the main aid station. There are cut-off times for the 50K and 20 Mile courses.

Entry fees for 2026 are listed as: 50K $70, 20M $60, 10M $50. A race logo running top (unisex, sizes small to 2XL, non-shrinking) is included; there is no guarantee of shirt or size for late registrations after February 9, 2026. Chili is provided after the race. Finishers receive distance-specific hardware and stickers; additional 50K finisher swag and top-three awards by gender are given for each distance.

Pacers may accompany 50K runners for the final 10-mile loop only, must sign a waiver at packet pickup, and canine pacers are allowed on leash. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
