About the race
Psycho Wyco Run Toto Run takes place February 20, 2027, at Wyandotte County Lake Park in Kansas City, KS. The event is organized by Trail Nerds and is limited to 190 participants.
Distances offered:
- 50K: three wheel-measured 10.35 mile loops.
- 20M: two wheel-measured 10.35 mile loops.
- 10M: one wheel-measured 10.35 mile loop.
The course runs on bridle trails and single-track with rocky, root-bound, and very hilly terrain. Each loop has about 1300 feet of elevation gain. Trail surface can vary seasonally and may be muddy, frozen, or dry and firm.
Race day services include a race logo running top (unisex sizes small to 2XL, non-shrinking; shirt or size not guaranteed if entered after February 9, 2026), post-race chili, downloadable race photos, and distance-specific finish hardware and stickers. Unique awards are given to the top three men and top three women in each distance; 50K finishers receive additional wearable swag.
Logistics notes: packet pickup is at the race location, drop bags are allowed only for 20M and 50K at the main aid station, and on-site parking is provided with requests to park courteously and consider carpooling. Pacers may accompany 50K runners only on the final 10.35 mile loop, must sign a waiver at packet pickup, and canine pacers are allowed on leash with a race day sign-up.
