Provo City Half Marathon, 5K and Kids Marathon - Provo, UT, May 1, 2027
The event features three distances held in Downtown Provo with a half marathon route that begins up Provo Canyon and finishes in downtown Provo at the intersection of University Ave and Center St. The half marathon course is USATF certified and has a net elevation drop of approximately 900 feet; the 5K has a net elevation drop of approximately 100 feet.

Race logistics include mandatory bus transport for half marathon runners to the start line; 5K runners may drive to their start area and a shuttle will return 5K runners from the finish area to nearby parking. Pre-race packet pickup is planned in Downtown Provo; half marathon entrants must collect packets at packet pickup rather than on race day. Bibs include timing chips attached to the bib.
Aid stations and support: the half marathon route has about six water and aid stations, the 5K has one, and finish area water will be available. Medical support will be present at the finish area and at most aid stations. Portable toilets will be available at the start and finish and along the half marathon course.
Awards: cash prizes for top overall finishers in half and 5K, age division awards, and custom medals for marathon and half marathon finishers.
