Provincetown 5K Pilgrim Trot
The Provincetown 5K Pilgrim Trot is a community run held on Thanksgiving morning in Provincetown, Massachusetts. The event is the 13th annual edition and is based at the Sandcastle Resort and Club on Commercial Street. Proceeds from the event go to Helping Our Women (H.O.W.). Organizers will collect donated canned protein and personal products for delivery to H.O.W.
The course is an out and back along Commercial Street. The route begins and ends at the Sandcastle Resort and turns around at the PAAM. The Sandcastle Resort serves as day of race headquarters, with on site parking and indoor registration.
Online registration opens on September 27, 2026 and closes on November 23, 2026. The listed registration fee is $30. Kids 12 and under are $20 during pre-registration. The first 130 online registrants receive a Provincetown 5K Pilgrim Trot tee. Awards include $100 for the first female and first male finishers and ribbons for kids under 12.
