The Prior Lake Dental Dash is a community running event held at Prior Lake Dental and nearby routes in Prior Lake, Minnesota on August 15, 2026. The event program includes a 5K Run/Walk and a short kids run called the Tooth Trot.
Distances:
- 5K Run/Walk on a new 2026 course using local trails and residential routes
- Tooth Trot .25 mile kids run for ages 2–12
All registered 5K participants receive an official race T-shirt, a custom finisher medal, a professionally timed experience, and a custom race bib. Tooth Trot participants receive a race T-shirt and a finisher medal.
The event supports Spot's Last Stop Canine Rescue. Funds and participation help provide medical care and vaccinations, safe foster homes, rescue and transport services, and adoption opportunities for dogs.
Course features include clearly marked mile markers, a halfway hydration station, friendly volunteers and course guides, and a lively finish line celebration. The race day atmosphere includes food trucks and refreshments, music and entertainment, sponsor booths and giveaways, family-friendly activities, awards, and raffle prizes.
