Pride 5K: Love on Display
Pride 5K: Love on Display is a community 5K event organized by Centre LGBT+ on Sunday, May 31, 2026, with the course beginning at the State College Municipal Building at 243 S. Allen Street in State College, Pennsylvania. The event includes a timed 5K run and walk for community members and supporters.
The event invites runners and walkers of varying ages and abilities to join in visibility and support for the LGBT+ community in Centre County. Participants are encouraged to wear colorful rainbow attire and creative Pride gear to reflect the event theme.
Professional race timing will be provided by Falcon Race Timing. Awards will be presented to the top three overall finishers and there will be a special award for Best Pride Gear. Proceeds will support Centre LGBT+ programs, including education, advocacy, direct aid, and community building in the region.
Registration details provided by the organizer note an Early Bird fee of $25 available through May 15, 2026, increasing to $30 after that date. There will be no same day registration; all participants must be pre-registered. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
