Presque Isle Sprint Triathlon
The event is held exclusively on Presque Isle State Park with all segments starting, transitioning, and finishing at Beach 10. The course provides a nearly complete tour of the peninsula within Presque Isle State Park, a National Natural Landmark that receives about four million visitors each year.
The sprint triathlon consists of a swim in Lake Erie, a bike ride around the full peninsula, and a run along a portion of the paved trail.

Packet pick-up is scheduled the day before at the Tom Ridge Environmental Center, 301 Peninsula Drive; photo ID is required and each athlete must pick up their own packet. Race day check-in, chip pick-up, and race day packet pick-up are located at Beach 10; all athletes must check in on race day and no day-of registrations are accepted. A mandatory pre-race meeting will be held for all entrants.
Timing services and results posting are provided. Awards will be given for first through third places in individual categories and first and second places in relay categories, with the awards presentation held at the race site immediately following the race. All entrants receive a custom long-sleeve T-shirt, a swim cap, and post-race food and beverages; entrants added after 7/12 or from the waitlist are not guaranteed a T-shirt.
