PRC Winter 5K Series
The PRC Winter 5K Series is a three-race winter running series held at Portland Running Company in Beaverton. The 2025–2026 edition includes events on December 13, 2025, January 17, 2026, and February 14, 2026. Each event is a 5K race that is chip timed and posts live results during the event.
Entry for an individual 5K race is $49. Long sleeve commemorative race shirts are available for purchase for $25. Packet pick up and check in are provided on race mornings at the race site; all racers must check in at the registration area before each race. A gear check tent is available for bags and extra clothing. Parking is available in and around the PRC center and participants are asked to follow directions from the event parking team.
Age group awards start with 14 and under and proceed in five year increments up to 80 and older. First place in each age group receives a blue ribbon and a $10 PRC gift card; second and third place receive ribbons. Results can be received via text if a mobile phone number is included in the registration. The series supports the charity Meals On Wheels People.
