Powerful in Pink is the Fourth Annual community event on October 17, 2026, in downtown Bremen, Georgia, hosted by Be the Light Missions at 529 Laurel St. The event raises awareness of breast cancer in the West Georgia area and directs proceeds to breast cancer prevention efforts and mammogram funding.
The organizers describe a goal of providing subsidies for early breast cancer detection and awareness programs. The event materials note that 1 in 8 women will develop breast cancer in their lifetime and emphasize support for early detection. Several support and donation options are available, and the last day to guarantee a race shirt or shirt size is October 2, 2026.

Registration opens August 1, 2026 and closes October 2, 2026; the listed registration fee is $35.00. Packet pick-up is scheduled for October 15, and parking is planned in the BHS student parking area off U.S. Route 78 and Florida Avenue. Vendors will be present before, during, and after the event.
