Power Of Pink
Power Of Pink is a multi-day community event in Wheaton, Missouri in May 2027 that supports local women battling breast cancer. The program includes a walk/run, a dinner and an auction, and a virtual run option.
The in-person events take place in Wheaton at venues including 219 E. Main St, Wheaton High School (116 McCall St), and Wheaton City Park one block from 219 E. Main St. Dinner and auction elements are part of the weekend schedule and a separate auction occurs alongside the walk/run.
Race and participation options include:
- 5K
- 1 Mile
- Kids 1 Mile
- Virtual 5K with mailed shirt, bib, and finisher medal
- Survivor entries for 5K and 1 Mile with SURVIVOR shirts
Registration and event services: same-day registration is available, packet pick-up occurs the day of the 5K and 1 Mile event, and registration includes a shirt (guaranteed if ordered before the deadline), a goody bag, and a participant medal for 5K and 1 Mile. Chip timing is provided for the 5K only. Awards are given to overall male and female finishers and to first through third places in age groups.
Banquet dinner tickets are listed at $20 and can be purchased at the door on Friday night. Funds raised go directly to recipients who need support. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
