About the race
Pound the Pavement for Parkinson's 5K Walk/Run takes place in Springfield, Missouri on October 3, 2026, at Rutledge Wilson Farm Park, 3825 W. Farm Rd. 146. The event supports education, community support, and improving quality of life for people affected by Parkinson's disease.

All participants receive a tech shirt and a medal. Trophies are awarded to the top three finishers in each age category. Food and hospitality include breakfast casseroles, refreshments, and snacks. The event also features music, entertainment, and race photos.
The course follows Wilson’s Creek Greenway heading west and returning to the start area. Entry fee is listed as $30 for pre-registration and $35 for race day registration. Packet pickup is scheduled Friday, October 2 from 4:00 to 7:00 PM at The Bodysmith, and from 9:00 to 9:30 AM on race day at Rutledge Wilson Farm Park.
