Post Falls Triathlon/Duathlon
This multi-discipline event takes place in August 2026 at Q’emiln Park, 12201 West Parkway Drive, Post Falls. It is open to participants aged 14 and up and offers both triathlon and duathlon formats with individual and team entries.
Event formats and course elements include:
- Individual Sprint Triathlon: .3 mile swim, 12 mile bike, 3 mile run
- Team Sprint Triathlon: .3 mile swim, 12 mile bike, 3 mile run
- Individual Duathlon: 1.3 mile run, 12 mile bike, 3.1 mile run
- Team Duathlon: 1.3 mile run, 12 mile bike, 3.1 mile run
Chip timing is provided. The swim takes place at Q’emiln Beach. The bike route departs from Q’emiln Park and follows Riverview Drive toward the Idaho-Washington border, then returns via the Centennial Trail and local roads back to the park. Run courses use out-and-back segments between Q’emiln Park and Falls Park and portions of the Centennial Trail, finishing at Q’emiln Park.
Packet pick-up is scheduled on the Friday and Saturday before the event and the morning of the event; positive photo ID and USAT membership or a one-day membership are required.
