Post Falls Triathlon
The Post Falls Sprint Triathlon and a Duathlon are scheduled for Sunday, August 2, 2026, at Q'emiln Park along the Spokane River in Post Falls, Idaho. The event is open to participants aged 14 and up and uses Q'emiln Park and Falls Park as primary locations. Q'emiln Park is listed at 12201 W. Parkway Drive.
Triathlon distances:
- Swim: 0.3 miles at Q'emiln Beach
- Bike: 12 miles west on Riverview Dr to WA border and back via Centennial Trail
- Run: 3 miles out and back from Q'emiln Park to Falls Park
Duathlon distances:
- Run 1: 1.3 miles Q'emiln Park to Falls Park and back
- Bike: 12 miles same bike course as triathlon
- Run 2: 3.1 miles Q'emiln Park to Falls Park and back
Registration fees are listed by type with higher fees after July 2. The posted fees are Individual eighty five dollars and Team one hundred sixty five dollars with increased late rates noted.
Packet pickup is scheduled on the days immediately before the event and at Q'emiln Park on event day at the listed locations. All participants must present a valid photo ID at check in. USAT members must show membership or obtain a one day license. Third party packet pickup is not permitted. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
