Portland Parks 5K - Lents Park
This event is the Lents Park stop in Portland Parks & Recreation's annual 5K Fun Run Series, held monthly from May through August at parks across Portland. The Lents Park run is scheduled for June 14.
Entry options include a main 5K and shorter kids runs. Organizers charge a $5 registration fee for participants aged 18 and older; participants younger than 18 run for free. Organizers strongly encourage pre-registration, and walk-up registration on race day is accepted cash only.
Participants may time themselves using the event sports clock, and every finisher receives a ribbon. The event features music, kids activities, raffle prizes, and vendors. The series welcomes a range of participants and highlights community participation and friendly competition.
